Zorica Hofman is the Secretary General of the World Minifootball Federation, a role she has held since 2018. She oversees the implementation of WMF’s global strategy, manages daily federation operations, and serves as the key liaison between WMF and its national federation members across more than 140 countries.<\/p>

Zorica organizes WMF’s General Assemblies and Executive Committee meetings, leads the membership process for new national federations, and coordinates communication for the federation’s flagship events, including the WMF World Cup. She has also been a driving force behind the growth of women’s minifootball, helping establish and promote the WMF Women’s World Cup. Prior to joining WMF, Zorica served as Secretary General of the International Federation of American Football (IFAF), bringing extensive experience in international sports administration and governance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

\u201cMinifootball means far more to me than just a sport and a role. It represents passion, opportunity, development, friendship and the power to unite people across cultures and nations.<\/p>\n

Through my roles as Chairman of the European Minifootball Federation Referees Committee and as a member of the World Minifootball Federation Referees Committee, I have had the privilege of witnessing how minifootball continues to grow around the world, creating pathways for players, referees, coaches, and communities as well as unique experiences.<\/p>\n

For me, refereeing is at the heart of the game\u2019s integrity and professionalism. Supporting the education, development, and progression of referees is something I take immense pride in, because strong officiating helps the sport thrive at every level.<\/p>\n

Minifootball is unique because it combines competitiveness with accessibility. It gives people the chance to be involved in football regardless of background, and it creates an environment built on respect, teamwork, and shared ambition.<\/p>\n

Most importantly, minifootball is a family.
